摘要
建立了固体进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定污水厂污泥中铅镉的方法。采用塞曼背景校正,样品无需消解,直接通过石墨舟进样检测。污泥中铅和镉的检出限分别为1.5和0.05μg·g^(-1)。铅和镉测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为4.0%和5.3%(n=6)。和湿法分析方法比较,本方法具有取样量少、操作简便、环保的优点,准确度高,稳定性好,适用于污水厂污泥中铅和镉的测定。
The rapid method for the determination of Lead and Cadmium in sludge by direct solid sampling-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established. Zeeman background correction was used. The sludge sample did not need pretreating and was directly tested through solid sampling graphite furnace. The detection limits of Lead and Cadmium were 1.5 and 0.05μg·g^-1, respectively. The relative standard deviation of Lead and Cadmium were 4.0% and 5.3% (n=6), respectively. Compared with wet digestion method, this method has advantage of rapid, simple, it needs less sample, environmental. The test results have high accuracy and good stability, it is suitable for determination of Lead and Cadmium in sludge come from sewage treatment works.
