摘要
目的:建立越婢汤颗粒剂的质量标准。方法:对越婢汤颗粒剂中麻黄、生姜、甘草进行了薄层色谱鉴别实验,测定君药麻黄中有效成分盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.1728~0.5180μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为97.69%,RSD为0.94%;盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.0816~0.2448μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999,平均加样回收率为97.06%,RSD为1.02%。结论:该方法可以有效的控制越婢汤颗粒剂的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Yueyu decoction granules. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify Ephedra, Ginger and Glycyrrhiza uralensis in Granules of Yueyu Decoction. The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Ephedrae were determined. Results: The ephedrine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 0.1728-0.5180μg, r=0.9998, the average recovery was 97.69%, the RSD was 0.94%, and the pseudoephedrine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 0.0816-0.2448μg. r=-0.999, the average recovery rate was 97.06%, and the RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion: This method can effectively control the quality of Yueyu Tang granules.
