防爆车辆全液压紧急转向系统设计与研究

摘要 煤矿井下大多数防爆车辆是铰接式车辆,其转向系统主要采用全液压转向系统形式。在介绍车辆转向系统基础上重点阐述了防爆车辆全液压转向系统工作原理和匹配设计,根据防爆车辆在煤矿井下使用特征和客户使用要求,提出了煤矿井下防爆车辆全液压紧急转向系统设计方案,并为同类型防爆车辆转向系统的设计提供参考。 Most explosion-proof vehicles in coal mine are articulated vehicles. The steering system is mainly in the form of hydraulic steering system. Based on the introduction of the vehicle steering system, the working principle and matching design of the full hydraulic steering system of the explosion-proof vehicle are expounded. According to the characteristics of the explosion-proof vehicle in the coal mine and the customer's requirement, the design scheme of the hydraulic emergency steering system of the explosion-proof vehicle which provides a reference for the design of the same type of explosion-proof vehicle steering system.
