摘要
针对目前矿井防灭火注浆监测存在的问题,采用工业以太环网+现场总线技术,配备相应的传感器、监测分站和上位机设备,设计了一种新型煤矿防灭火注浆监测系统,以实现对注浆过程的实时监测、注浆工作的量化管理和提升注浆生产的自动化程度。
In view of the problems in the monitoring of fire prevention grouting in coal mine,using industrial ethernet ring network and fieldbus technology, equipped with appropriate sensors, monitoring station and upper computer equipment, designs a new monitoring system of coal mine fire prevention grouting, in order to realize the real-time monitoring of grouting process, quantitative management of grouting work and improve the automation of grouting production.
