摘要 官地矿28412工作面为首个煤层群开采的综放工作面,针对在工作面收尾回撤时,顶板破碎、矿压显现剧烈、大量支架压死、采空区遗煤多、存在漏风发火等安全隐患的条件,采取提前在支架底座下方超挖的方法,并配合双排沙袋墙封堵采空区的漏风通道、不间断注氮防灭火、喷洒Mg Cl2阻化剂,同时利用动滑轮配合绞车的措施进行快速拆架等措施,实现了工作面设备的安全回撤。 The 28412 fully mechanized caving face is the first solid top coal caving face of Guandi mine. For the end of the working face,there are many safety hazards such as the roof breaking,the mining pressure is fierce,a large number of supports are crushed,a lot of remaining coal in goaf, and others safety hazard such as air leakage and fire. Take the method of over digging under the base of the bracket in advance. Coordinate the air leakage blocked by a double row of sand bag wall. Continuous nitrogen injection and fire extinguishing, spraying Mg Cl2 inhibitor. At the same time,the measures of rapid dismantling and so on are carried out by the measures of moving pulley and winch. The security retracement of the working face equipment has been realized.
