超精机的在线超精油粗过滤系统

摘要 超精机是采用油石等精细磨料,对金属表面进行微量切削的设备。其对超精油的过滤系统尚存在效率低及不完善的情况,通过设计一种用于超精机的在线超精油粗过滤装置,满足完善其系统的超精油循环机制。该装置设置于超精机出油口处,其特征包括:箱体、挡板、过滤材料和出油口,挡板上设置有密集的小孔,过滤材料固定在挡板上,安装于箱体内,并与箱体的底部倾斜设置。通过该装置的设置,超精机超精油的在线过滤系统趋于完善。 Super-precision machine is the micro-cutting machine with using oilstone and other fine abrasive. Its super-essential oil filtration system is still under an inefficient and imperfect situation. In this paper, we design oil online super-crude oil filter device to meet the requirement of green super-oil circulation mechanism. The device is arranged at the oil outlet of an ultra-precision machine which is characterized by comprising a box body, a baffle plate, a filtering material and an oil outlet, wherein the baffle plate is provided with dense small holes, the filtering material is fixed on the baffle is mounted in the box body and is inclined with the bottom of the box body. With applying this device,the online ultra-precision oil filtering system was improved.
