带式输送机间歇驱动装置的设计

Design of Intermittent Driving Device for Belt Conveyor

针对传统带式输送机无法实现输送带间歇前进输送物料而不能满足生产工艺要求的问题,设计了一种带式输送机间歇驱动装置。包括输送带轮、传送带、输送带轮转轴、转动轴套、输送带轮支架、输送带轮底座、槽轮、拨盘、固定拨杆、圆销、拨盘转轴、转动驱动电机、固定杆、活动拨杆等装置。调节速度的过程不需要对驱动电机进行调整,通过形成周期性间歇运动,转动驱动电机驱动拨盘转轴转动,在需要提高运动的频率时,可将活动拨杆翻折至与固定拨杆在同一平面内,与固定拨杆协同工作,不使用时将活动拨杆向前翻折,实现间歇运动频率的可调节。

Aiming at the problem that the traditional belt conveyor cannot meet the requirements of the production process, a kind of intermittent driving device of belt conveyor is designed. Including pulley,conveyor belt and pulley shaft, the rotation shaft sleeve, pulley bracket, sheave, pulley base, dial, fixed dialing rod, pin, dial shaft, turning drive motor, fixed pole, such as activity shifter lever device. Don＇t need to adjust the speed of process to adjust the drive motor, by forming periodic intermittent movement, turn the dial drive motor drive shaft rotation, when the frequency of the need to improve sports, activities can be dialing rod fold with fixed rod, in the same plane with fixed bar to work, when not in use will be activities shifter lever fold forward, realize the intermittent movement frequency can be adjusted.
