摘要 针对矿用隔爆外壳紧固螺钉优化设计,主要基于紧固螺钉直径和紧固螺钉长度两方面进行优化设计研究。紧固螺钉直径优化设计方案主要通过紧固螺钉强度校核计算得出,而紧固螺钉长度优化设计方案主要通过螺纹旋合长度计算得出。通过研究,给出了KDW65B隔爆外壳紧固螺钉优化设计方案,并为其他矿用隔爆外壳紧固螺钉优化设计提供了参考依据。 Based on the two aspects of the fastening screw diameter and the fastening screw length, the optimization design of the fastening screws for mine flameproof enclosure was researched. The optimization design scheme of the fastening screw diameter was obtained through the strength checking of the fastening screw, and the optimization design scheme of the fastening screw length was calculated through the length of thread engagement. The optimization design scheme of the fastening screw for KDW65 B flameproof shell was given, and the reference experience was provided for optimization design of the fastening screw of the other mine flameproof enclosure.
