摘要 针对传统采用电化学式探头的氧气浓度传感器受温度影响大,输出易漂移,寿命短的问题,设计利用荧光猝灭式探头,研制了一种新型矿用氧气浓度传感器。该传感器以嵌入式微处理器为控制核心,利用WiFi通信模块,实现了测量数据及操控命令的无线传输。传感器自带温度补偿,测量精度高,输出稳定,探头寿命较电化学式高出1倍以上,且完全符合RoHS标准。 In view of problem that the oxygen concentration sensor with traditional electrochemical probe is greatly affected by temperature,the output is easy to drift and the service life is short,a new type of oxygen concentration sensor for mine is developed by using the probe of fluorescence quenching.The sensor uses the embedded microprocessor as the control core,and uses the WiFi module to realize the wireless transmission for the measured data and control commands. With its own temperature compensation, the measurement accuracy is high,the output is stable, and the service life of the probe is more than twice as high as that of the electrochemical type,and it is fully in conformity with the RoHS standard.
