摘要 由于煤矿生产受地质等条件的约束,煤炭产量、井下煤仓的来煤量均不是恒定的,带式输送机的运量会出现波动。传统按最大运输量配置方式存在带式输送机驱动电机做功效率低、能耗大等缺点。为了企业节省经费、延长驱动电机寿命,提出并设计了一种智能型带式输送机自动节能控制系统,对原有控制系统进行低成本改造。现场实践结果表明,新型带式输送机自动节能控制系统能够有效提高驱动电机做功效率,实现井下原煤运输节能降耗。 As the coal production is bound by geological conditions, coal production, output of underground coal bunker is not constant, the carrying capacity of belt conveyor will fluctuate. The traditional belt conveyor drive motor which configured by the maximum freight volume has the disadvantages of low efficiency, high energy consumption and so on. In order for enterprises to save the outlays and prolong the life of driving motor, the paper designs an intelligent energy-saving control system for the belt conveyor, and carries on the low-cost transformation to the original control system.Field practice shows that the new automatic energy saving control system of belt conveyor can effectively improve the work efficiency of driving motor, and achieve the energy saving of underground coal transportation.
