摘要
根据峰峰集团大社矿实际情况,研制了多功能永磁直驱带式输送机,采用永磁直驱电动滚筒驱动,增加上、下料装置,对机身纵管进行优化设计。试验结果表明该输送机高效节能,实现了双向合机运输,同时机身纵管可以输送风和水。
According to Fengfeng group Dashe mine actual situation,developed multifunctional permanent magnet direct-drive belt conveyor. It was driven by permanent magnet direct-drive electric drum,increased the upper and lower device,optimized fuselage longitudinal pipe. The test results show that the conveyor is high efficiency and energy saving,realize the two-way transportation,and the fuselage longitudinal pipe can carry wind and water.
