摘要
针对贵州新华煤矿"6·11"重大煤与瓦斯突出事故,分析了突出事故发生的技术原因,总结了突出事故的经验及教训,并从矿井开拓布局、巷道设计、防突技术管理、揭煤巷道支护、地质保障等角度提出了防治煤与瓦斯突出事故的预防措施。
Aiming at the ＂6·11＂ major coal and gas outburst accidents in the Guizhou Xinhua coal mine,the technical causes of the accidents are analyzed, and the lessons learned from the accidents are summarized. Meantime the prevention measures for coal and gas outburst accidents are put forward from the mine development layout, roadway design, outburst technology management, coal roadway support, geological protection and other perspectives
