摘要
提出了一种基于地层识别的自动钻进控制方法,介绍了自动钻进系统的组成和控制原理,提出了基于比功的地层识别方法并进行了实验分析,引入了以钻进系数表征钻进状态的自动钻进控制方法。系统通过地层识别自动匹配钻进参数,完成钻进闭环反馈控制,从而使钻机工作在稳定高效、卡钻事故较小状态。
Proposeing an automatic drilling control method based on the stratum recognition,introduces the composition and control principle of automatic drilling system,proposes a method of stratum recognition model based on specific work and does some experimental analysis,and introduces the automatic drilling control method of drilling coefficients characterize the drilling status. The system automatically matches drilling parameters through the stratum recognition to complete the closed-loop feedback control. So that the rig to work in stable and high efficiency,smaller sticking accidents condition.
