摘要
风机性能检测试验是风机技术研究和生产的必要环节。根据标准GB/T1236规定,基于虚拟仪器技术设计了一套工业通风机综合性能测试系统。在风机性能试验装置基础上利用LabVIEW软件构建了一套PC-DAQ(Personal Computer-Data Acquisition)数据采集系统。该风机测试系统可以实现数据实时采集、处理、分析、显示、存储、打印以及性能曲线绘制等功能,大大提高了风机测试的速度及精度。
Fan performance test is the fan technology research and production of the necessary links.Based on the standard GB/T1236,designs a set of industrial fan performance test system based on virtual instrument technology. A PC-DAQ(Personal computer-Data Acquisition) data acquisition system was built on the basis of the fan performance test device using LabVIEW software. The fan test system can realize real-time data acquisition, processing, analysis, display, storage, printing and performance curve drawing functions, greatly improving the fan test speed and accuracy.
