摘要 针对某煤矿地面空压机房控制方式落后的问题,设计了一种煤矿空压机智能监控系统。采用西门子S7-300 PLC作为系统主控制器,对空压机的运行参数进行实时监测、控制和管理;利用串口与远端控制中心上位机通信,实现空压机的远程控制和无人值守。该系统能有效地保持主供气管路压力稳定,减少压风机故障停机时间,减轻工人的劳动强度,具有一定的经济和社会效益。 In view of the backward control mode of air compressor room in a mine an intelligent monitoring system for coal mine air compressor is designed. Siemens S7-300 PLC is adopted as the main controller of the system, and the operating parameters of the air compressor are monitored,controlled and managed in real time. The remote control of air compressor is realized by communication between serial port and remote control center. The system can effectively keep the pressure of main gas supply line stable, reduce the failure downtime of pressure fan, reduce the labor intensity of workers,and have great economic and social benefits.
