煤矿复杂地层用螺旋异型钻杆结构数值模拟与优化 被引量:1

摘要 为使新型螺旋异型钻杆在煤矿井下复杂地层压风钻进时达到更好的排渣效果与钻孔成孔质量,采用正交试验设计方法,运用工程流体动力学(EFD)对螺旋异型钻杆的异型槽结构参数进行数值模拟优化,以得到最优的异型排渣槽结构。理论分析结果表明:异型槽数量N、异型槽结构形式、异型槽螺距P、异型槽深度d、异型槽宽度L这5个异型槽结构参数显著影响Ф73 mm螺旋异型钻杆的排渣效果。平底式螺旋槽、槽深d=6 mm、导程P=735 mm、槽数N=3条、L=40 mm为Ф73 mm螺旋异型钻杆的最优理论结构参数组合。 The structural parameters of alien grooves in spiral drill pipe have been numerically simulated and optimized by means of orthogonal experimental design and Engineering Fluid Dynamics(EFD) in order to acquire the best borehole quality while drilling in the coal mine with new-style spiral drill pipe, which could obtain the optimal discharge structure of alien grooves. Theoretical analysis has indicated that the number,the depth, the width, and the screw pitch of alien grooves,which are termed as N,d,L,P respectively, along with the structure of alien grooves have an obvious influence on the discharge performance of the Ф73 mm spiral alien drill pipe. In conclusion,the optimal theoretical and structural parameter configuration of Ф73 mm spiral alien drill pipe can be obtained with flat-bottomed grooves when N=3、P=735 mm、L=40 mm、d=6 mm.
