浅谈广西茶叶质量安全现状及应对措施

The present situation of the quality and safety of tea in Guangxi and its countermeasures

广西壮族自治区是我国红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶和六堡茶生产最适宜的地区之一,近年来茶叶产业更是得到快速的发展,近几年保持在8%~10%的逐年增长率,在东盟经济贸易区中形成了巨大的产业优势,但广西茶叶也面临了质量安全方面的挑战,且现状不容乐观。文章主要对广西茶叶质量安全现状进行分析,探讨相应的应对措施。

In China, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is one of main production areas of black tea, green tea, oolong tea and liupao tea. The tea industry was the rapid development in recent years with a very high growth rate of 8%～10%, which showed a great industrial advantage in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. But the tea industry of Guangxi is facing the challenge of quality and security and the situation is not optimistic. The article mainly analyzes the present situation of the quality and safety of tea product in Guangxi and discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
