脂肪酶抑制剂通过抑制胃肠道脂肪酶的活性,对于控制体重治疗肥胖以及并发症有良好的效果。如今已知很多植物活性成分对脂肪酶有明显的抑制作用,文章综述了近年来植物活性成分作为脂肪酶抑制剂的研究进展。

Lipase inhibitors have a good effect on weight treatment, obesity and complications by inhibiting the activity of lipase in the gastrointestinal tract. Many known plant active ingredients have obvious inhibitory effects on lipase. In this paper, the research progress of these plant active ingredients as lipase inhibitors in recent years is reviewed.
