摘要
采用除硬+浸没式微滤+真空膜蒸馏的工艺流程对石化高盐废水处理进行了试验研究。结果表明:预处理方法去除水中的悬浮物和浊度,减少了后续膜蒸馏系统的结垢倾向,保证了膜蒸馏的进水水质。确定了真空膜蒸馏的最佳工艺参数,并重点考察了膜组件装填密度对真空膜蒸馏产水膜通量和出水水质的影响。研究发现膜组件装填密度的增加,有助于组件总产水量提高,但降低了产水通量。因此,在真空膜蒸馏过程中必须综合考虑膜通量和系统产水量,选择适宜的组件装填密度。
The treatment of high salt wastewater in petrochemical industry was studied by the process of removing hard,submerged micro filtration and vacuum membrane distillation. The results show that the pretreatment method removes the SS and turbidity in the water,reduces the fouling tendency of the subsequent membrane distillation system and ensures the water quality of the membrane distillation. The optimum process parameters of vacuum membrane distillation are determined,and the influence of the packing density on the flux of water film and the water quality of the vacuum membrane distillation is emphatically investigated. It is found that the increase of loading density of the membrane components helps to increase the total water yield of the component,but reduces the flux of water production. Therefore,in the process of vacuum membrane distillation,the membrane flux and the system water yield must be considered,and the suitable packing density should be selected.
