石油钻井废弃物闭环处理技术在厄瓜多尔B14油田的应用

摘要 ANDES石油公司14区块油田位于亚马逊雨林地区,石油生产施工处于生态敏感区。为解决环境污染问题,在钻井施工中,全面推广污染物源头控制,钻井废弃物在线固液分离工艺,污水回注处理和岩屑固化稳定化技术,实现了钻井废弃物的闭环处理。该钻井废弃物闭环处理技术的应用有效保护了B14地区的生态环境,实现了绿色钻井。 Block 14 oilfield,belonging to ANDES oil corporation,is located in the interior of Amazon Rainforest,and the well locations of oil exploration and production are at the ecological sensitivity area. In order to avoid the environmental pollution,source control of the pollution,the on-line dewatering process and water re-injection process and cutting fixation technique had been introduced in Block 14,all the drilling waste had been treated in a close-loop way. The application of drilling waste closedloop management technology in that region has effectively protected the ecosystem of Block 14,as well as ensured drilling operation in an environmental friendly manner.
