乙苯装置2005年开工以来,因腐蚀多次出现换热器内漏和管线泄漏的情况,为了保证安全生产,2013年大修期间,更换了工艺管线,并对换热器进行材质升级,但效果不佳。换热器升级后出现了腐蚀后移的问题,加重了对管线的腐蚀,在2015年两次发生管线腐蚀泄漏事故,严重影响安全生产,无法坚持3年的大修周期。对乙苯装置腐蚀原因进行了分析并提出解决办法。
