医院内部服务质量与护士留职意愿关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Hospital Internal Service Quality and First-line Nurses' Will of Stay

目的探讨医院内部服务质量与一线护士留职意愿的相关性,为提高护士留职意愿提供理论依据。方法选取4家三级医院、4家二级医院进行调查,采用自行设计的人口统计学资料、郭蕊等研制的综合医院内部服务质量的调查量表、卡劳斯克与米勒满意度量表(The Mc Closkey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale,MMSS)、陶虹等研制的护士留职意愿问卷,对所有纳入的护士进行调查。结果护士留职意愿各条目平均得分为(3.93±0.72)。医院内部服务质量与其留职意愿呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论良好的医院内部服务质量,有益于提升护士留职意愿水平,有利于护理队伍的稳定。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the hospital internal service quality and the first-line nurses’ will of stay,and to provide theoretical foundation for the improvement of the firstline nurses’ will of stay. Methods The writers Chose 4 tertiary-and 4 secondary-level hospitals and did the research by the self-designed questionnaire,which included demographic material,general hospital internal service quality questionnaire scale by Guo Rui,etc. and nurses’ will of stay questionnaire by Tao Hong,etc. Results The overall score of nurses’ will of stay was（ 3. 93 ± 0. 72）. There was a positive correlation（ P 〈 0. 01） between the hospital internal service quality and the first-line nurses’ will of stay. Conclusion High quality of the hospital internal service is beneficial to nurses’ will of stay and the steadiness of nurse troop.
