摘要
通过微波消解法处理3种药材粗粉,制备得到澄清的消解液,再通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定药材中重金属含量;结果表明,丹参、栀子、熟地黄3种药材中均能检出的一定量铬、砷、铅、镉,四种重金属元素线性相关系数(R2)在0.9991~0.9995之间,回收率为95.4~108.1%,RSD值在2.4~5.0%之间;建立了简便、高效、准确和灵敏度高的重金属含量测定方法,可用于药材质量控制,为3种药材提供了合理用药的依据。
The crude powder of three kinds of medicinal materials was treated by microwave digestion, and the clarification solution was prepared, and then determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The results showed that certain amounts of chromium,arsenic, lead and cadmium could be detected in salvia miltiorrhiza, Gardenia jasminoides and Rehmannia glutinosa. The linear correlation coefficient(R2) of the four heavy metals ranged from0.9991 to 0.9995, the recovery rate was between 95.4% and 108.1%, and the RSD value ranged from 2.4% to 5%. A simple, efficient, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of heavy metals was established, which can be used for the quality control of medicinal materials.
