摘要
油菜籽是我国主要油料作物之一,应用傅里叶变换红外光谱对隆阳区两个系列5个品种的油菜籽进行分析发现,油菜籽仁的主要成分是油脂、蛋白质和碳水化合物,油菜籽种皮主要含纤维素;通过不同油菜籽仁红外光谱吸收带结合不同油菜籽仁红外光谱吸光度比A1657/A1057、A1543/A1458和A1543/A1458,可以对区分不同的油菜籽仁。应用傅里叶变换红外光谱可以鉴别不同的油菜籽。
Rapeseed is one of the main oil crops in China. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used to analyze 5 varieties of two series rapeseed in Longyang district. It was found that the main components of rapeseed kernel were oil, protein and carbohydrate, and the seed coat of rapeseed mainly contains cellulose. Different rapeseed kernel infrared absorption bands combined with different rapeseed kernel infrared spectral absorbance ratio A1657/A1057 A1543/A1458 and A1543/A1458 can distinguish different rapeseed kernels. Different rapeseed can be identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
