真空紧耦合气雾化方法制备的超细FeCo50软磁合金粉末 被引量:1

摘要 针对FeCo50软磁合金的应用现状,采用真空紧耦合气雾化方法制备粒径小于20μm的超细粉末;通过激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜及振动样品磁强计等分别对粉末的粒度、形貌及软磁性能进行表征。结果表明,在本实验工艺条件下制备的FeCo50超细合金粉末,平均粒径D50仅为5.75μm,且球形度好,软磁性能优异,饱和磁感应强度Bs高达2.22T,适用于通过注射成型工艺制备复杂精密的电子元器件。 According to the application status of FeCo50 soft magnetic alloy, a batch of superfine powder with particle size of less than 20 μm were prepared using the methods of vacuum close-coupled gas atomization. The particle size, morphology and soft magnetic properties of FeCo50 alloy powders were studied through laser particle sizer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Results show that under the condition of the experiment process, the average particle diameter (D50) of FeCo50 superfine alloy powders is only 5.75 μm,the sphericity and soft magnetic properties are also excellent, saturation magnetic induction intensity (Bs) is as high as 2.22 T. The powders are very suitable for sophisticated electronic components by injection molding process.
