摘要
采用普通陶瓷工艺制备Y_(3-x)Ca_xM_xFe_(5-x)O_(12)(M为4价离子Sn^(4+)、Zr^(4+))和Y_3M_xFe_(5-x)O_(12)(M为3价离子In^(3+)、Mn^(3+))的复合钇铁石榴石多晶铁氧体材料。研究了不同微量阳离子取代对YIG多晶材料电磁性能的影响。结果表明,微量Sn^(4+)、In^(3+)、Zr^(4+)取代可降低石榴石铁氧体材料的铁磁共振线宽。通过优化取代,获得了高密度、低铁磁共振线宽、高居里温度的改性石榴石多晶铁氧体材料。
Y3-xCaxMxFe5-xO12(M =Sn4+, Zr4+) and Y3MxFe5-xO12(M=In3+, Mn3+) compound of yttrium iron garnet polycrystalline ferrites were prepared using conventional ceramic process. Effect of microcationic substitution on the electromagnetic properties of YIG polycrystalline materials was investigated. Results indicate that proper trace amounts of Sn4+, In3+ and Zr4+ substitution can reduce the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth of the garnet ferrite materials. By optimizing the substitution amount, improved garnet polycrystalline ferrites can be prepared with high density, low ferromagnetic resonance linewidth and high Curie temperature.
