以1000 W、1300 W、1900 W三种不同加热功率的电磁炉为引火源,选择大豆油、调和油、花生油三种食用油,分别在锅具内倒入50 ml和100 ml两种油品的情况下研究电磁炉对锅具内油品的引燃情况,测得食用油的引燃条件与电磁炉的使用功率、油品种类、油品用量之间的关系。实验结果表明,电磁炉的使用功率越大,引燃锅具内油品的时间越短,火灾危险性越大。锅具内不同种类的油品被引燃时的最高温度超过500℃,火焰的最高温度超过600℃,火焰的最高高度超过1 m,具有较大的火灾危险性。
The ignition condition of edible oil in the induction cooker has been simulated with three variables, namely three different using powers of the induction cooker (1000, 1300, 1900 W) as the ignition sources, three edible oil (soybean oil, blend oil, peanut oil) and two different quantities of oil in the cookware (50 ml, 100 ml). Through the study, the correlations between the ignition condition of edible oil and the three variables, the using power of the induction cooker, the variety of edible oil and the quantity of oil, have been found out. The study shows that the higher the using power of the induction cooker is, the shorter the ignition time of the oil in the cookware is, which means greater fire hazard. The highest temperature of edible oil, which was ignited in the cookware by the induction cooker, reaches to higher than 500 ℃. The highest temperature of the flame is beyond 600 ℃ and the highest flame height is up to 1 m. All of these data show great fire hazard.
