农地征收中的土地增值收益分配问题浅析

A brief Analysis on the Distribution of Land Value-added Income in Farmland Expropriation

通过分析我国土地征收中土地增值收益分配的现状和问题,提出可以从土地产权制度、土地征收补偿制度、土地流转市场体制和土地流转评估体系四个方面来完善我国土地征收中的土地增值收益分配制度,从而构建既有利于维护农民利益,又有利于城市稳定和发展的合理的分配制度。

By analyzing the current situation and problems of land value-added income distribution in land expropriation in China, put forward land increment income distribution system from four aspects which are the land property rights system,land expropriation compensation system, the land circulation market system and evaluation system of land conversion to improve the land value-added income distribution system of land expropriation in our country. Therefore, the construction of a reasonable distribution system is conducive to the maintenance of farmers＇ interests and the stability and development of the city.
