摘要 高端数控机床是精密零部件的主要生产设备,对机床所在环境中的温度和湿度的要求比较严格。近年来随着电子信息技术的不断发展,尤其是物联网的出现,形成了以网络为基础的监测方式,以PLC或单片机为控制中心的温湿度控制系统。而以前的测控技术与之相比就显得较为笨重,已不能满足人们的需求。针对上述问题,本设计采用基于S7系列PLC、网络及MCGS的控制技术,可实现室内温湿度的自动测控。 High-end CNC machine tool is the main production equipment of precision parts, and the temperature and humidity in the environment of the machine tool are strict. In recent years, with the continuous development of electronic information technology, especially the emergence of the Internet of things, formed on the basis of the network monitoring,PLC and single chip microcomputer as the control center of the temperature and humidity control system. Compared with the previous measurement and control technology, it is relatively unwieldy and can not meet people's needs. Aiming at the above problems, this design adopts the control technology based on S7 series PLC, network and MCGS, which can realize automatic measurement and control of indoor temperature and humidity.
