中国服务业在全球价值链上的角色研究:基于行业上游度的视角

Study on the role of China service industry in global value chain:Based on the upstreamness

服务业在全球价值链分工中所处的地位越来越成为衡量一国国际竞争力的重要指标。构建行业上游度指数,同时运用世界投入产出数据库测算中国服务业在全球价值链中的位置,并将其与2011年世界服务贸易总额前六名的国家以及其他三个金砖国家进行比较。测算结果表明:2000年以来,中国服务业整体行业的上游度指数呈现上升趋势,在九国中最高,处于相对领先地位。

The position of service industry on global value chain becomes a more vital indicator measuring the international competitiveness of a country. Based on the upstreamness constructed by Antras,et al（ 2012,2013） ＆ Fally（ 2012） and World Input-Output database,this paper measures the position of China service industries on the global value chain and compares with other top 6 countries in terms of service trade in 2011 and the other three BRIC countries. The results show that since 2000,the upstreamness of China service industry tends to upgrade and is on top among the 9 countries,taking the lead position relatively.
