基于创新性供应链的生鲜农产品冷链物流及协同研究

Cold chain logistics and synergy of fresh agricultural products based on innovative supply chain

运用创新性供应链的思想和方法,解决生鲜农产品冷链物流技术与生产组织方式缺乏协同、农产品"小生产"对接"大市场"矛盾较突出等主要问题,旨在实现生鲜农产品冷链物流及协同化运作和管理。围绕创新性供应链管理和协同学理论,采用描述性和定性定量相结合的研究方法,建立生鲜农产品创新性供应链网络结构,设计业务流程,提出基于数据价值的城市生鲜农产品电商冷链集成配送模式,即数字化物流+城市共同化配送模式。研究结果表明:要实现生鲜品冷链物流及协同化运作和管理,必须加强农业产业组织需求驱动协同、流通企业技术创新协同、农产品创新供应链方案实施与政策环境的协同,这对于改善生鲜农产品冷链物流流通效率具有指导意义。

The article puts forward the idea and method of using innovative supply chain to solve the main problems such as the lack of synergy between the cold chain logistics technology of fresh agricultural products and the production organization methods,and the prominent contradiction between the ＂big market＂and the＂small production＂of agricultural products,aiming to realize synergistic operation and management of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products. Based on the management of creative supply chain and the theory of synergetics,this paper uses descriptive and qualitative and quantitative methods to establish network structure of innovative supply chain of fresh agricultural products,and designs business process. It is proposed that the integrated distribution mode of the e-commerce cold chain of urban fresh agricultural products,based on the digitized value integrated,which is called digital logistics ＋ city-based joint distribution model. The result shows that in order to realize the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products and their synergy,it is necessary to strengthen the synergy of demand-driven synergy of agricultural and industrial organization,synergy of technological innovation of circulation enterprises,synergy of implementation of innovative supply chain project of agricultural products and the policy environment,which has directive significance.
