“一带一路”对马克思世界历史理论的创新

摘要 在世界地理大发现、工业发展、世界交往普遍深入背景与动力下,马克思的世界历史理论形成并发展。马克思主张国际分工细化和生产力发展是世界历史形成的动力,资本的扩张本性使世界市场发展,在世界历史中资产阶级是始终占据主导地位为主的世界历史理论。"一带一路"的提出是基于国内发展需求和世界经济低迷的大背景,"一带一路"秉持"共商、共建、共享"的理念,实行"互联互通"等策略。"一带一路"为沿线国家经济建设提供支持与帮助,增加我国及广大发展中国家的国际话语权和影响力。马克思世界历史理论是"一带一路"战略重要理论来源,同时"一带一路"又是基于我国和国际实际情况,对马克思世界历史理论的创新和发展。 Marx's theory of world history has been formed and developed under the background of globalgeographical discovery, industrial development, and universal in -depth background and momentum. Marxadvocates that the refinement of international division of labor and the development of productive forces arethe driving forces for the formation of world history. The nature of capital expansion has enabled thedevelopment of the world market. In the history of the world, the bourgeoisie has always dominated the worldhistory theory. The “Belt and Road Initiative”is based on the domestic development needs and thebackground of the global economic downturn. The “Belt and Road Initiative”upholds the concept of“jointlydiscussing, co -building, and sharing” and implements strategies such as “interconnection andinteroperability.”The “One Belt and One Road”provides support and assistance for the economicdevelopment of countries along the route, and increases the international discourse power and influence ofChina and the vast number of developing countries. Marx's theory of world history is an important theoreticalsource of the“One Belt and One Road”strategy. At the same time, the“One Belt and One Road”is based onChina's and international actual conditions, and is innovating and developing Marx's world history theory.
