《清代内河水运史研究》是第一部考察清代水运史的专著,重点探究中国帆船在大运河、长江两大水系的航运实态、航路选取及其对区域社会经济起到的推动作用。书中充分体现出作者研究视角新颖、史料引用丰富、中日学者成果并重、注重实地考察、以表格展现繁杂事项的治学特色。虽然如此,仍存在书名与研究内容不符、水运史的研究尚待深入、体例不尽统一诸项需要解决的问题。

The“Research on the History of Inland Water Transportation in the Qing Dynasty”is the firstmonograph to examine the history of water transport in the Qing Dynasty, focusing on the exploration of theshipping realities, choices of routes and the promotion of the regional social economy of the Chinese sailboatson the Grand Canal and the Yangtze River. The book fully reflects the author＇s research perspective, novels,rich historical data, scholars from China and Japan who pay equal attention to the results of the fieldwork, andthe presentation of complicated issues in the form of scholarship. In spite of this, there are still problems thatneed to be solved in order for the research on the history of water transport to be in-depth and the style not tobe unified.
