医疗体制改革与医院管理体制创新

An Analysis of Medical System Reform and Hospital Management Innovation

随着社会不断发展,公立医院需要进行管理创新,才能坚持公共医疗卫生公益性质。但是我国医疗卫生体制存在一定问题,医疗卫生资源分配不合理,而且国家财政对医疗卫生事业投入存在严重不足。出现上述现象主要是因为医疗保障体质尚不健全,国家无法全面照顾到每一个人民群众,故而大多群众需要依靠自费进行就医,而且现阶段药品价格偏高,加重了人民群众的经济负担。本文主要根据我国医疗体制改革进程,全面分析医疗体制改革中存在的问题,找出其中原因,并根据每一个问题背后的原因提出建设性意见,加快医疗体制改革进程,让民生工程进一步发展。

As the society is unceasingly developed, the management innovation in the public hospital shall adhere to the non-profit nature of public health and medical services. However, some problems currently occurred in our medical system, for instance, the unreasonable distribution of medical and health service resources and serious shortage of national finance support. Since the medical insurance system is not sound, it is impossible for the state to take care of every citizen. Therefore, the majority of the people have to see the doctor at their own expenses and encounter the high drug prices,which it has increased their economic burdens.In this paper,the existing problems of the medical system are analyzed to find out its causes,give the constructive feedbacks on the hospital management innovation,speed up the medical system reform progress and further develop the people’s livelihood.
