青光眼术后并发白内障的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Cataract After Glaucoma Surgery

目的探究分析青光眼术后并发白内障的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年6月-2017年6月我院收治的青光眼术后并发白内障患者150例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。对照组实施常规切口白内障摘除治疗;观察组实施超声乳化白内障吸除术进行治疗。观察两组患者术后视力恢复情况及术后并发症情况,随访周期为1周。结果术后观察组视力恢复有效率(92.0%)优于对照组(80.0%),且术后并发症的发生率(20.0%)显著低于对照组(34.6%),组间对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应,视力均得到不同程度的改善。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术对于治疗青光眼术后并发白内障具有微创、安全、高效等优势,有助于患者视力的早日康复,对于提高患者生活质量及增加患者信心具有十分重要的意义,可以在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cataract surgery after glaucoma surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients with cataract complicated by glaucoma who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group included 75 cases. The control group was treated with conventional incision cataract extraction; the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification. The postoperative vision recovery and postoperative complications were observed in the 2 groups. The follow-up period was 1 week. Results Postoperative visual acuity recovery rate（92.0%）of observation group was superior to control group（80.0%）, and the incidence of postoperative complications（20.0%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（34.6%）. Comparison from above data between groups were both statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups, and the visual acuity was improved to varying degrees. ConclusionPhacoemulsification has advantages of minimal invasion, safety and high efficiency in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma. It is helpful for the early recovery of vision in patients, and it is of great significance for improving the quality of life of patients and increasing the confidence of patients. That can be used in clinical applications.
