浅谈针灸结合耳穴治疗原发性面肌痉挛临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Primary Hemifacial Spasm With Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Point

目的探讨原发性面肌痉挛患者接受针灸结合耳压治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法根据2015年1月—2017年12月我院对48例原发性面肌痉挛患者开展了分析研究,将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组有24例患者,使用针灸治疗方式,研究组有24例患者使用针灸和耳穴治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果开展分析研究。结果对照组有7例痊愈,11例好转,6例无效,总有效率是75.00%;研究组有13例痊愈,9例好转,2例无效,总有效率是91.67%。两组的有效率存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论临床中为原发性面肌痉挛患者使用针灸、耳穴的综合治疗的效果比单纯针灸突出,临床中应该推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ear pressure in the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. MethodsAccording to the analysis and study of 48 patients with primary facial spasm in January 2015 to December 2017, the patients were divided into control group and study group. 24 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and 24 patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and auricular acupoint therapy, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and studied. Results In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, 6 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 75.00%. There were 13 cases in the study group, 9 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.67%. There was statistical difference in the efficiency between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture is better than acupuncture alone in the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm, and should be widely used in clinical practice.
