针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Massage on Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的讨论针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床效果。方法本次研究对象为130例,入院时间为2016年5月—2017年9月,并将其分为观察组、对照组进行比较,每组65例患者,观察组患者采用针灸联合推拿的方式进行治疗,对照组采用单独针灸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者有效率为95.83%,对照组患者有效率为83.08%,观察组明显比对照组高12.3%(P<0.05)。结论椎动脉型颈椎病患者,采用针灸联合推拿的方式进行治疗,能有效提高治疗效果,加速症状的缓解,进而改善患者颈椎功能,提高其生活质量,保证患者健康,临床意义较为深远,值得推广和使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 130 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and the time of admission was from May 2016 to September 2017, and they were divided into observation group and control group. In each group of 65 patients, the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage, while the patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture alone. ResultsThe effective rate was 95.83% in the observation group and 83.08% in the control group. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The vertebral artery is higher in the observation group than in the control group. In patients with cervical spondylosis, acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, accelerate the relief of symptoms, and then improve the cervical vertebra function, improve the quality of life, ensure the patient’s health, and have far-reaching clinical significance. It is worth popularizing and using.
