自拟中药“美容祛斑汤”治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chloasma With Chinese Medicine “Beauty Freckle Soup”

目的探讨自拟中药"美容祛斑汤"治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取我院(2015年1月—2017年1月)收治的100例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,将本组患者根据治疗方法不同分为两组,观察组50例患者给予自拟中药"美容祛斑汤"治疗,对照组50例患者给予常规治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率90.00%显著高于对照组70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药"美容祛斑汤"运用"疏肝理气"和"活血化瘀"的原则,从内到外增强皮肤血液循环,促进代谢物排除,有效分解黄褐斑并抑制其形成,效果满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the self-made Chinese medicine ＂beauty freckle soup＂ in the treatment of chloasma. MethodsIn our hospital（January 2015 – January 2017） 100 cases of chloasma were treated as the research object, the patients according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups, 50 patients in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine ＂beauty freckle soup＂ treatment, 50 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the patients in the observation group was 90% significantly higher than that of the control group（70%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The self-made Chinese medicine ＂beauty and freckle soup＂can enhance the skin blood circulation from inside to outside, promote the elimination of metabolites, effectively decompose chloasma and inhibit its formation by applying the principle of ＂soothing the liver and regulating qi＂ and ＂promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis＂.
