产前检查免疫检验项目的临床应用价值

The Clinical Application Value of Prenatal Examination of Immunoassay

目的对产前检查免疫检验项目的临床应用价值进行分析和探讨。方法于我院2015年2月—2017年6月收治的孕产妇中选择800例进行研究,根据其是否接受产前免疫检验项目的检查将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组孕产妇400例,对两组孕产妇分娩结局进行分析比较,探讨产前检查免疫检验项目的临床应用价值。结果相较于对照组,观察组分娩期间的危险因素发生率、不良事件发生率以及不良妊娠结局发生率均明显更低,差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前检查免疫检验项目是进一步提升孕产妇分娩安全性、保障母婴健康的有效途径,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application value of prenatal examination of immunological examination items. Methods 800 cases of maternal in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2017 were chosen, according to whether the inspected by prenatal immune inspection items they were divided into the observation group and control group, each group of maternal 400 cases, two groups of maternal birth outcomes to explore the clinical application value of antenatal examination immune inspection items were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with control group, the incidence of risk factors during childbirth, incidence of adverse events, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were significantly lower and the difference were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Prenatal examination of immunoassay is an effective way to further improve the safety of maternal delivery and guarantee the health of maternal and child, and it is worthy of further promotion and use.
