摘要
目的肺癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,探寻其诊断的新方法,提高其诊断率,使其尽可能早诊断,早治疗。方法收集肺癌98例,良性肺病60例,健康体检者100例为研究对象。采用流式细胞仪分别检测所研究对象外周血T淋巴细胞亚群与DNT细胞的表达水平;免疫荧光层析法测定三组人群的血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)。结果肺癌组患者和肺良性病变组患者SAA水平均明显升高,均高于健康对照组,且肺癌组患者和肺良性病变组患者分别与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但肺癌组和肺良性病变组两组间无明显差异(P>0.05);SAA联合外周血T淋巴细胞、DNT细胞检测可提高肺癌检出的灵敏度、特异度到91.8%、96.9%。结论 SAA联合外周血T淋巴细胞、DNT细胞的测定,明显提高肺癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度,有比较大的临床应用价值,SAA可作为一个日常健康体检指标。
Objective Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor of the clinic,and the new method of diagnosis is explored to improve its diagnostic rate,so as to diagnose early and treat early. Methods There were 98 cases of lung cancer patients, 60 patients with benign lung disease,and 100 health checkers.The expression levels of T lymphocyte subsets and DNT cells in patients with lungcancer, lung benign lesions and healthy controls were measured by flow cytometry;The Serum amyloid Ainthree groups was determined by immunofluorescence chromatography. Results SAA levels were significantly increased in patients with lung cancer and in patients withbenign lesion group, which were higher than in the healthy control group,and lung cancer and lung benign lesion group compared with healthy check-up group had obvious difference,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).However, there were no significant difference between thelung cancer group and the benign lesion group(P 〉 0.05);Serum amyloid A combined with peripheral blood T lymphocytes, DNT cell detection could improve the sensitivity of lung cancer detection,and the specificity increased to 91.8%,96.9%.Conclusion The use of Serum amyloid A Combined with Peripheral Blood T Lymphocytes and DNT cell detection will significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of lung cance,and it has great clinical application value.SAA can be used as an indicator of daily physical fitness.
