球形肺炎的CT诊断价值与鉴别诊断分析

The Value of CT Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Spherical Pneumonia

目的分析球形肺炎的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对我院2016年1月—2017年12月行CT检查的30例球形肺炎患者的影像诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果 30例球形肺炎患者中,病变位于左肺上舌段4例、左肺上叶前段3例、右肺中叶5例、肺野背侧18例;病变阴影主要呈球形或类圆形,直径1.2~6.3 cm;病变密度20例均匀,10例不均匀;边缘特征表现为分叶、边缘模糊、三角形病灶。结论球形肺炎容易与其他肺部病变相混淆,但球形肺炎的CT表现具有一定的特殊性,通过CT检查可为疾病的鉴别与诊断提供重要信息。

Objective To analyze the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spherical pneumonia. Methods The imaging diagnosis data of 30 patients with spherical pneumonia who underwent CT examination from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 30 cases of spherical pneumonia in patients with lesions in the left lung on the tongue section in 4 cases, 3 cases of left upper lobe anterior, middle lobe of the right lung in 5 cases, 18 cases of dorsal lung lesions; The main shadow was spherical or oval, diameter 1.2~6.3 cm, lesion density in 20 cases; 10 cases of uniform, uneven edge; the characteristics of show lobulation, fuzzy edge and triangle lesions. Conclusion Spherical pneumonia is easy to be confused with other pulmonary lesions, but the CT performance of spherical pneumonia is special. CT examination can provide important information for the identification and diagnosis of disease.
