摘要
目的探究食管癌同步放化疗中应用全程营养护理管理的临床作用。方法选取88例食管癌患者随机分为普通组(44例,普通营养护理管理)与全程组(44例,普通组+全程营养护理管理)。对比不同组别患者营养状况、放化疗副作用。结果放化疗后不同组别营养风险筛查(NRS2002)评分均升高(P<0.05),全程组显著低于普通组(P<0.05);全程组放化疗副作用出现率显著低于普通组(P<0.05)。结论食管癌同步放化疗中应用全程营养护理管理可改善患者的营养状况、减少放化疗副作用,有广泛使用的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical role of whole-process nursing management in the application of simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods 88 esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into normal group(44 cases, general nutrition nursing management) and whole course group(44 cases, normal group + whole-process nursing management). The nutritional status, radiotherapy and chemotherapy side effects between two groups were compared. Results The scores of nutrition risk screening(NRS2002) were increased in two groups after radiotherapy and chemotherapy(P 〈 0.05), of which the whole course group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(P 〈 0.05). The incidence of radiotherapy and chemotherapy side effects in the whole course group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of wholecourse nutritional nursing management in simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer can improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce radiotherapy and chemotherapy side effects, it has extensive clinical value.
