摘要
目的总结心理护理干预对抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的影响价值,为精神科护理工作提供参考。方法选择精神科2016年5月—2017年6月收治的抑郁症患者134例,以随机数字表法分组(对照组、试验组,各67例)。对照组采取精神科常规护理,试验组联合心理护理,对比两组抑郁症患者护理干预1个月后睡眠质量评分情况。结果组间PSQI量表各项目评分结果经统计学计算,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神科常规护理联合心理护理利于抑郁症患者睡眠质量的改善,具有实施价值。
Objective To summarize the effect of psychological nursing intervention on sleep disorders in patients with depression, and to provide reference for psychiatric nursing. Methods 134 cases of depression in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group, experimental group and 67 cases in each group. The control group took routine psychiatric nursing, the experimental group combined with psychological nursing, compared two groups of patients with depression score of nursing intervention on sleep quality after 1 months. Results The scores of each item in the PSQI scale were calculated by statistics, and the experimental group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion General psychiatric nursing combined with psychological nursing is beneficial to the improvement of sleep quality of the patients with depression, and has the value of implementation.
