摘要
如何高效地验证航天产品高可靠寿命已成为目前迫切需要解决的工程问题。为此,提出一种无失效数据的Weibull分布小子样寿命验证模型,结合无失效数据,对Weibull分布的形状参数m进行区间估计,并进行可靠寿命验证试验分析,为制定最优的可靠寿命验证方案提供依据。通过某型产品的计算实例,验证了该方法工程的实用性。
How to effectively verify a high reliable life of aerospace products should be urgently solved. In this paper, a life assessment model for Weibull distribution of non-failure data is proposed. The interval estimate of shape parameter m for the Weibull distribution is provided, and an optimal verification test of reliable life is discussed. A practical case is analyzed to validate the availability of this model.
