摘要
依据第五届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛命题"8字绕桩"的要求,经过命题分析,初步设定了几种可行的结构方案,假定轨迹与传动比,从而通过函数计算出各项数据,进而通过模拟仿真与实际实验操作,对多种结构的合理性与稳定性进行检验,最终选定使用不完全齿轮传递运动的方式来完成最重要的转向工作。实践表明,该种转向方式较为稳定,方便调节,小车运动轨迹符合"8字型"要求。
Aimed at the fifth session of the national college students' engineering training comprehensive ability competition proposition "8-shaped movement" requirements, through the proposition analysis, preliminary set several feasible structure scheme, given trajectory and the transmission ratio, thus the data calculated through function,and then through simulation and actual experimental operation, the structure of a variety of rationality and stability test, finally selected using incomplete gear transmission movement way to accomplish the most important to work. The practice indicates that this kind of steering is stable and easy to adjust, and the track of the car conforms to the requirement of "8-shaped movement".
