摘要
设计了一款输出可调的三端稳压电路。该电路可应用于传感器、电源管理等需要较高精度电压标准的领域。文中选取2.5 V和5 V作为输出基准电压,对其进行0~40 V的电源扫描和0~70℃的温度扫描,输出基准电压变化低于0.28 V。
This article designed a three-terminal voltage regulator circuit with adjustable output. The circuit can be applied in fields such as sensors and power management that require higher precision voltage standards. In this paper, 2.5 V and 5 V are selected as the output reference voltage, and they are subjected to 0~40 V power scan and0~70℃ temperature scan. The output reference voltage change is lower than 0.28 V.
