摘要
采用砂滤、三级表流湿地、水生生物塘、潜流湿地的组合工艺,对卷烟纸生产废水的尾水进行处理,处理量为3 500 m3/d,湿地系统占地12 000 m^2,设计表面水力负荷为0.291 m3/(m2·d),湿地系统进水ρ(COD)为66.3 mg/L,经过湿地组合工艺处理后出水ρ(COD)约为19.44 mg/L,去除率在70%以上,稳定达到地表Ⅳ类标准。运行实践表明,组合工艺处理高档卷烟纸生产尾水稳定可行,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
In this paper, the combined process of sand filtration, three stage surface flow wetland, aquatic biological pond and subsurface flow wetland is used to treat the tail water of cigarette paper production wastewater. The treatment amount is 3 500 m3/d, the wetland system covers an area of 12 000 m2, the design surface hydraulic load is0.291 m3/(m2. D), the wetland system influent COD to 66.3 mg/L, through wetland combination. After treatment,the effluent COD is about 19.44 mg/L, and the removal rate is above 70%. The operation practice shows that the combined process is stable and feasible in the treatment of tail water from high-grade cigarette paper production,and has good economic and environmental benefits.
