摘要
针对福建省三钢(集团)有限责任公司2号发电机组因凝结器热水井水位异常引起停机的问题,通过对水位控制进行现场测试和分析,找到引起水位信号异常的原因,即水位到达导波雷达测量盲区时,导波雷达输出假信号。在不更换测量仪表的情况下,通过优化水位控制逻辑,解决了导波雷达盲区对机组运行的影响。
In order to solve the problem that the No.2 generator set of the San Steel is shut down abnormally due to the abnormal water level of the hot well of condense, We conducted field test and analysis on water level control and find out the cause of abnormal water level signal, which is, when the water level reaches the blind area of the guided wave radar to measure, the guided wave radar outputs false signals. Eventually we eliminate the influence of the blind area of the guided wave radar to the running of the generator set through optimizing the water level control logic without changing the measuring instrument.
