摘要
面对建设"双一流"大学的要求,高校将不断深化干部人事制度改革,调动高校中层干部的主动性、积极性和创造性,发挥中坚力量的优势和长处,谋求学校的长足发展和进步,加强高校中层干部考核评价体系的科学化。
In the situation of constructing double top universities,the university's cadre and personnel system will be reformed deeply, how to arouse the initiative enthusiasm and creativity of the middle managers to improve the universities' development,there is a realistic meaning of strengthen the research in scientific of middle managers evaluation. As an example of a university in Beijing,from the comparison and analysis between the different evaluations which before and after the reformed,some experiences and reflections were proposed.
