我国流动人员人事档案管理现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasures of personnel files management of floating population in China

针对流动人员档案管理现状进行分析,研究了其中存在的主要问题,分析问题出现的原因,提出必须正确认识、改革传统流动人员人事档案管理体制、加大资金投入、推进现代化的管理、重视团队建设,使档案管理更加的规范化、合理化等措施。

This paper analyzes the status quo of floating people＇s file management,studies the main problems,analyzes the reasons for the problems,and puts forward that we must correctly understand and reform the traditional floating personnel file management system,increase capital investment and promote modern management. The team building will make the file management more standardized and rationalized.
